CAUSA EN LAPA.
A base de papa amarilla para lograr una especie de pure, con caldo de pescado y con un toque ligoso lo que le dara su caracteristica mas importante. Se acompaña de un buen trozo de pescado en escabeche y otro de salpreso, ademas de un poquito de ceviche.

Made of Peruvian yellow potato to reach some kind of mashed potato mixture with some fish soup and with a sticky consistency at its special characteristic. It is served with a generous piece of fish in yellow pickled pepper sauce, another of wreckfish and also a small portion of ceviche.
